Background
n Native of Birmingham Alabama,
Ms. Harris is California resident currently residing in Victorville, California where she has lived for over thirty years.
n She is a criminal defense
attorney employed by San Bernardino County as Supervising Deputy Public Defender in the San Bernardino Office. She has been an attorney for 12 years.
n In addition to her legal background, Ms. Harris has approximately 17 years as a DOD civilian employee where
much of that time she worked in Civilian Personnel where she gained experience in employement practices as it relates to the
hiring, selection, qualifiying and employee grievances.
n Ms. Harris received her BSL and JD degree from Western
State University in Fullerton, CA in 1994.
n Ms. Harris was admitted to the California State Bar
in 1994 and is authorized to practice law in California District Court and the California State Supreme Court.
