Mr.
Harvell was born in Nashville, Tennessee on the 12th of August 1940. He
was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He joined the United States Air Force in 1958 and began an illustrious career of service to
his country in many parts of the world. He retired from the Air Force on August
1, 1979. Upon retirement, he was employed by the United States Marine Corps Logistics
Base, Barstow, California as a Quality Assurance Specialist and again retired after twenty years of service. For the past thirty one years Mr. Harvell and his family have lived in Victorville, Ca. He is married and has one child and two grandchildren. Mr.
Harvell is a graduate of the University of LaVerne, LaVerne, California and Victor Valley College, Victorville, California. He has achieved a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and an Associate
in Science degree. Mr. Harvell is a long time member of the Victor Valley Branch
of the NAACP. Mr. Harvell is also a member of the Prince Hall Masonic order and
a Noble of the Mystic Shrine
