Lionel M. Dew, First Vice President

Lionel Dew, servers as 1st. Vice President for the VVNAACP Executive Committee. Also, he is the current president for the Victor Valley African American Chamber of Commerce. Lionel is a 21-year US Air Force Veteran and Civic Leader. He currently serves on several boards in Victor Valley involving education, patient care, and agriculture.   Lionel Dew was appointed by Governor Gray Davis to the San Bernardino County Fair Board: in addition, he was elected by his colleagues to represent the State Board of County Fairs for the Western Region.
