I am a native Georgian. Being a military dependent,
I have lived in several places in California as well as Woodbridge, England
in Great Britain. This time, I’ve
lived in the High Desert
since 1979.
I’m married to Charley Glasper. I’m
the mother of four children (two boys and two girls). I have four grandchildren.
After graduating from Carver
High School in Monroe, GA,
I entered Clark Atlanta
University where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education. I hold a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Claremont
University, Claremont, CA.
I have over 25 years of teaching experience in
the public schools of CA and Department of Defense Schools overseas. I was named “Teacher of the Year” for 2004/2005
in the Hesperia School District.
I’m also a trainer of new teachers in the Hesperia School District. The 2006 Who’s Who Among Teachers in America has recognized me in their journal.
I am an active member of The Gate Church of the
High Desert, Victorville, CA
